These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit waypointads.com, create an account, participate in the WaypointAds community, download the WaypointAds extension, purchase a subscription, or use any related service we provide. By using our website, downloading WaypointAds, or purchasing a WaypointAds product or subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Canceling stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, your Pro access will continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid. Uninstalling the software, deleting your website, or discontinuing use of WaypointAds does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancellation must be completed through the method provided in your account or confirmed by WaypointAds. **Refunds** Payments are generally nonrefundable after the applicable refund period stated on the WaypointAds website or purchase page. A refund may be considered when: - You were charged more than once for the same purchase. - A technical problem prevents the software from operating as described and we cannot provide a reasonable solution. - A refund is required by applicable law.
