Congratulations! You have reached the end of the WaypointAds Core Tutorial and, more importantly, you now know your way around the system.

During the tutorial, you have moved from a newly installed copy of WaypointAds to creating and managing Zones, Advertisers, Campaigns, and Creatives. You have seen an advertisement appear on your website, watched WaypointAds begin collecting statistics, and learned where to return when something needs to be changed. The Learning Example gave you a safe place to experiment, but the same basic workflow applies when you begin creating your own advertising.

There is no need to use every feature simply because it is there. Start with the advertising your website actually needs. Create the Zones you intend to use, add your Campaigns and Creatives, and allow WaypointAds to take care of the routine work. You can always expand your advertising setup as your needs grow.

WaypointAds is also continuing to develop, and feedback from the people actually using it is extremely valuable. If something seems unnecessarily complicated, an instruction could be clearer, or you find yourself thinking, “It would be useful if WaypointAds could do this,” please tell us. Some of the best improvements begin with someone using software in a way its developer never anticipated.

Bug reports are equally welcome. If you manage to make WaypointAds do something peculiar, please let us know what you were doing when it happened. The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to reproduce the problem, find the cause, and improve WaypointAds for everyone.

The Core Edition is intended to provide a practical advertising management system without unnecessary complexity. You can continue using everything you have learned here and build a complete advertising setup around it.

If you need more, however, there is another course to chart.

The next section introduces the WaypointAds Commercial Edition, where we move beyond the fundamentals and begin exploring the more advanced tools designed for websites that want to turn their advertising system into a business.

And if the Core Tutorial has done its job, you won't be starting over.

You'll simply be continuing the journey.
