The Stripe setup process involves obtaining the appropriate test credentials, entering them into WaypointAds, configuring the webhook connection, performing a test purchase, and verifying that the entire transaction reaches the advertiser's Wallet correctly.

Once testing is complete, the test configuration can be replaced or supplemented with the appropriate live Stripe credentials and the gateway can be placed into production.

What You Will Need

Before beginning the Stripe setup, you should have:

A Stripe account
Access to the Stripe Dashboard
WaypointAds installed and configured
At least one Package available for purchase
A test advertiser with access to the Advertiser Dashboard and Wallet
Stripe test credentials
The WaypointAds Stripe webhook URL

We will configure and test each of these pieces before enabling live Stripe payments.
