Every website is different.
Some websites display only a handful of advertisements, while others manage hundreds of campaigns across multiple page layouts. The Configuration options allow WaypointAds to adapt to your website without making everyday administration unnecessarily complicated.
Most administrators can begin using WaypointAds immediately with the default settings, adjusting individual options only when their website requires it.
Accessing the Configuration
The WaypointAds Configuration panel is available from the Administrator toolbar.
From here you can review and modify the extension's global settings. These settings affect the overall behavior of WaypointAds and apply across the entire website.
Any changes you make can be updated later as your advertising requirements evolve.
Available Options
Depending on your edition of WaypointAds, the Configuration panel provides access to a variety of settings, including:

Custom Advertising Sizes
WayPointAds includes support for many standard advertising dimensions.
If your website requires additional sizes, you can create your own custom advertising dimensions from the Configuration panel. Once saved, these sizes become available whenever you create or edit a Zone, allowing WaypointAds to adapt to almost any advertising layout.
Keeping Things Simple
While the Configuration panel offers flexibility, you don't need to change every setting before using WaypointAds.
The default configuration has been chosen to provide a sensible starting point for most Joomla websites. As you become more familiar with the extension, you can adjust individual settings to better suit your own advertising workflow.
